We encourage all our employees to become active change agents. It’s not just about senior members leading the way; it’s about empowering every team member to make a difference. By promoting a work/family balance, even as a 24/7 emergency service provider, we ensure our employees can actively participate in meaningful community work.

Local Volunteer Projects
- Animal Shelter Support: In 2023 alone, we trapped, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and prepared over 30 cats/kittens for adoption.
- Addiction Outreach: Our employees participate in counseling and recovery programs, aiding individuals in starting new lives.
- Food Pantry Service: Every Thursday, we volunteer at the Midtown Center Downtown New Albany, handing out groceries to Indiana residents.
- Holiday Season Initiatives: Our team participates in projects like Miles of Mary Miracle and Angel Tree, delivering presents to those in need.
- Foster Parenting: Several employees offer loving environments for foster children.
- Sponsorships: We proudly sponsor numerous school, sports, and team events.

A Story of Generosity and Dedication
When Carolyn Krouse, a former customer and local outreach minister, approached Tim Phillips, our Roofing Division Manager, with a need for Sunny and Mary Abrams, Tim sprang into action. He coordinated with local vendors like Superior Distribution, CCE, ABC Supply, PC Lumber, River City Wholesale, and Home Depot to secure material donations. Phil Jones, our owner, provided labor and additional resources to replace the entire roof, gutters, downspouts, and exterior siding over a 10-day period.
